Most of my shooting experience has been outside with natural light. But in Wisconsin, that doesn't leave very many months for shooting. I've been wanting to venture into indoor natural light photography for a while. I started out with some newborns. They don't move and you can put them in whatever position you want. Other than my own kids and a couple of newborns, this was actually my very first shoot indoors, with all natural light, with a moving target. Thank goodness for the 50mm lens that allowed me to get the light I needed indoors. Kennedy liked to move and she kept me on my toes. And at one point, she changed into her Cinderella dress and danced around with her Cinderella doll. I think she actually had fun. I hope so anyway!

Holy Schmoly, Amy! You did a fan-tastic job! You couldn't have asked for better results from your first indoor shoot with a preschooler! As I was looking at them, I had several favorites (but now that I'm in the comments page, I can't see the photos!). Anyway, pat on the back for you!
