What a huge change it was to shoot in November in Tennessee vs. November in Wisconsin. Last November, I cut the fingertips out of my gloves so I could work my camera. And the sweet family I shot, pulled their kids in and out of a heated car just to get some pictures. We are having incredible weather and I LOVE it! I'll be able to shoot most of the year here and that makes me happy! The best thing about moving is getting to explore new areas and Nashville has taken on an entirely new perspective for me as a photographer. Last Saturday, it was 70 degrees and partly sunny and the perfect day for a session in the park with this beautiful little girl and her family!

GORGEOUS! So much eye candy here! She is one beautiful little girl--she reminds me of Annie in the dress shots. My favorites are the first shot, the two tree shots of her, and the last two shots. WOW!
Nice job! I love 5, 7 and the b/w family shot the most, but they're all awesome! I'm jealous of your year-round shooting opportunities!
you are getting SO good!!! I wish you still lived here so you could take our family pics!
what a darling family & what an adorable little girl!!! so cute!
I've always been a sucker for columns and depth of field!! Nice shots!
Yeah, it WAS cold that day, wasn't it! But you took the best pictures, and the pink cheeks only added to the beauty of the pictures, right? heehee
I love your photography blog, Amy. I always have the best time checking out the different pictures.
Hey Amy - Erin's friend from the PW book signing here - you were so humble in talking with Erin that I never would've guessed how fabulous you are yourself! I followed your name over here hoping to see some of your photos and was thrilled to see how talented you are! Best wishes to you in your blossoming business :)
